Weathered Picket Fence Line

Description

Amid beach grass, a small slate gray weathered picket fence casts a drawn sabre-like sequence of shadow behind. Points of each board follow an undulating path down-dune toward the surf, until that is, a gap in the wire, breaking the pattern, leaves the eye to wander the various textures in the surrounding sand left by overnight precipitation.
