Calendar events go through a series of steps to being confirmed:
- Planned – Proposed for planning purposes only, no commitment
- Applied/ Submitted – Application/ Submission complete, fees (if any) paid
- Wait-listed – Short of being invited, waiting in reserve, no commitment
- Invited – Notification of selection received, pending acceptance
- *Confirmed – Invitation accepted, fees (if any) paid
